Reliving the feminine is a gift we can give ourselves to make peace and remember what it means to live in balance with the natural cycles within and around us. It is acknowledging how our body works in a cyclical fashion and empowering ourselves in inspiring ways.

Overall the commitment to the course is roughly 3 hours a week.

    • 1h weekly session via Zoom with Anna, according to your schedule and preference. (For UK-based folks, there will be the possibility to meet in person.)
    • Learning journal, with questions, exercises and rituals* to deepen your sensory research and practice each week.
    • 24/7 accountability via email and/or Telegram.
    • Free access to Slack Community.

Overall, the commitment to the course is at least 5 hours a week.

    • 2h session via Zoom where we meet as a group to explore, discuss and move together. (I’ll be running in-person group courses for UK based folks)
    • Learning journal, with writing prompts, tasks and embodied exercises* as a support to the collective experience
    • Peer-to-peer catch-ups – you will be paired with your buddy to share thoughts and practices and as an opportunity to be accountable for one another during this journey.
    • For those who want to delve deeper into their inquiry, they can have a 1:1 session with Anna

* These are mainly outdoors as an opportunity to spend some healthy time in movement and nature

Over 6 weeks, we consider how both the Wheel of the Year and moon cycle resonate within ourselves. Each week we dig into the qualities, energies, and archetypes of the different points of the cycle as a way to reflect on our cultural assumptions, and reveal patterns and behaviors. We also explore new practices and tools to embrace our femininity.

This wants to be a participatory space with no hierarchical and spiritual authority; a place of inquiry and curiosity where you can become aware of your internal beliefs and patterns that perpetuate destructive and oppressive behaviors and wander through embodied exercises to build your own knowledge & practice.

By focusing and improving your creative skills, active listening, body and emotional intelligence, the purpose is to bring you more into your own power to live regeneratively. For each of us, this might look different. It might mean engaging in our lives more fully, honouring time for rest, pleasure and play. It might mean accepting grief, death and change. It might mean finding strength in our vulnerabilities and showing up as active participants that nurture healthy relationships through boundaries and consent.

There is a collective force rising up on the earth today, an energy of the reborn feminine... This is a time of monumental shift, from the male dominance of human consciousness back to a balanced relationship between masculine and feminine.
Marianne Williamson

Considering our patriarchal systems and exploitative tendencies, reclaiming our feminine energy is a way to assert the suppressed parts of our being and to act towards a more liberated and post-capitalist society. Reconnecting to our feminine dimension is also a gateway to the beauty and the mysteries of the more than human world. If we can see and feel ourselves in relationship to the Earth, the Moon and the Sun, rather than as separate, we can create the fertile ground for a more conscious and radical cultural and systemic transformation that prioritises our and the Planet’s wellbeing.

People seeking to broaden their perspective on environmental and social issues.

People looking to connect with their own bodies.

People looking to build on their activism.

People seeking to connect deeper with the natural world.

What are the benefits?

Find energy from within and emotional space where you give yourself permission to feel.

Contribute to the creation of a collective intelligence towards a regenerative culture.

Cultivate intimacy with the Earth, Moon and your own body.

Discover regenerative practices to build into your routine.

Get a closer understanding of cyclical natural & body cycles.

Find resilience and abilities to live at your full potential.

Our minds are conditioned to subscribe to a system that can potentially control all variables in our life, however, we fall into untenable schedules, goals, relationships, expectations, that are in discordance with our true nature and lead us to stress, fear, rage, powerlessness…

Understanding how the Earth and Moon’s cycles affect our bodies, moods and lives can bring more connection, balance and resilience. It encourages us to trust our inherent intuitive abilities and find the courage and integrity to follow our own flow.

There is no better formula, algorithm, or protocol than tapping into the cyclical and body wisdom that can help us to live at our fullest expression and as our own leaders.

“The psyches and souls of women also have their own cycles and seasons of doing and solitude, running and staying, being involved and being removed, questing and resting, creating and incubating, being of the world and returning to the soul-place.”
Clarissa Pinkola Estés

What are the topics you can expect to cover?

The Wheel of the Year
Archetypes of the feminine
Moon Cycle
Menstrual Cycle Awareness

This is an intake session to get to know each other, set the intentions for the learning journey and uncover our existing relationship with the cycles and connection to the body.

We connect to Spring and the Maiden within us. This time also relates to the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle – a time to explore how to nurture creativity, play and joy. We reimagine how to manifest/blossom as Warriors beyond the stereotype of “innocent women” & “nibble fingers”.

This session will connect us to Summer and the archetype of the Lover. This time also relates to the ovulatory phase – a time to explore how to “fire up” our senses, express and radiate through pleasure and desires. We pay attention to how to create balance between giving/receiving, and stay grounded as Queens/Creatrix, breaking cultural assumptions of “being sexy” and “codependency”.

In week 4, we’ll be connecting to Autumn, the Witch & Medicine woman. This time also relates to the luteal phase – a time to explore our emotions, vulnerabilities and grief. We look at concepts of perfection, shame, weakness while creating space to appreciate our darker sides and limits and to turn those into strength.

Week five sees us connecting to Winter, the Crone & Wise woman. This time also relates to the menstrual phase – a time to honour rest and stillness. We take this as an opportunity to rethink and practice slowness while cultivating and connecting to our intuition.

This is our last meeting – an opportunity to reflect back on our intentions, integrate what we have learned, and celebrate this journey together.
